01 / Agreement
These Terms of Service describe the general terms that apply when you use the Arsab Tech website or engage us for services. By using the website or proceeding with a project, you agree to the terms that apply to your situation.
02 / Services
Arsab Tech provides services that may include website development, graphic design, branding, advertising creatives, and related digital work. The exact scope, deliverables, timeline, and price of a project should be agreed with the client before work begins.
03 / Project Scope
Project requirements, deliverables, revisions, milestones, and deadlines should be confirmed between Arsab Tech and the client. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional time or charges.
04 / Client Materials
The client is responsible for providing accurate content, logos, images, credentials, instructions, and other materials needed for the project, and for having the right to use materials supplied to Arsab Tech.
05 / Payments
Payment terms, deposits, milestones, and final balances are agreed for each project. Work or delivery may be paused where an agreed payment is overdue.
06 / Revisions & Approval
Revision limits, where applicable, should be agreed as part of the project scope. Once a deliverable is approved, later changes may be treated as additional work.
07 / Intellectual Property
Ownership and licensing of final deliverables should be agreed for each project. Third-party fonts, stock assets, software, plugins, and other licensed materials remain subject to their respective licenses.
Unless otherwise agreed, Arsab Tech may display completed work in its portfolio or promotional materials, provided doing so does not disclose confidential information.
08 / Third-Party Services
Projects may use third-party hosting, domains, APIs, fonts, plugins, payment services, or other tools. Their availability, pricing, and policies may change independently of Arsab Tech.
09 / Acceptable Use
You must not use the website or our services for unlawful, fraudulent, abusive, or harmful activity, or to distribute material that infringes the rights of others.
10 / Liability
We take reasonable care in delivering our services, but no website, software, online service, or internet connection can be guaranteed to operate without interruption or error. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Arsab Tech is not responsible for losses caused by circumstances outside our reasonable control.
