A basic/custom business website in Pakistan starts from PKR 15,000 — final price depends on the number of pages and features — contact us for an exact quote. An e-commerce or online store starts from PKR 30,000 — final price depends on features like payment integration and product count — contact us for an exact quote. The exact number always comes down to how much work the site actually needs — this post breaks that down so you can budget realistically before you ask anyone for a quote.
If you've searched this before, you've probably run into two extremes: agencies quoting six-figure numbers meant for large corporate clients, and freelancers running ads promising websites for as low as PKR 5,000 — but these are almost always template sites with no real customization or support. Neither answer is very useful on its own. Here's what actually drives the price.
What determines the price of a website
Every quote — ours included — comes down to a handful of variables. Once you know these, you can roughly estimate your own project before a single message is sent.
- Number of pages. A one-page landing site costs less than a 6-page business site with an About, Services, Portfolio, and Contact page each built out properly.
- Custom design vs. template. A site built from a theme and lightly edited is cheaper and faster. A site designed from scratch around your brand takes longer and costs more — but looks and performs noticeably better.
- Functionality. A contact form is simple. Online payments, product catalogs, booking systems, or multi-language support all add development time.
- Content readiness. If you already have your text, photos and logo ready, the project moves faster. If we need to help write copy or source images, that's extra work built into the timeline and cost.
- Revisions included. More revision rounds mean more back-and-forth time, which is usually reflected in the quote.
Typical pricing ranges
| Website type | What it includes | Typical range |
|---|---|---|
| Basic/custom website (3–5 pages) | Home, About, Services, Contact, custom design | Starts from PKR 15,000 |
| E-commerce / online store | Product catalog, cart, payment integration | Starts from PKR 30,000 |
These are starting ranges, not fixed prices — your final cost always depends on the specific scope of your project, and we'll always confirm the exact number with you before any work begins.
What's usually included at each tier
At the basic tier, you're getting a fully responsive, custom-coded site rather than a drag-and-drop builder page — the same approach we use on our own website development service. That means faster load times, cleaner code for SEO, and a design that isn't recognizably "a template."
At the e-commerce or custom tier, you're paying for the extra logic: product management, payment gateway integration (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or card payments), inventory-aware product pages, and often a simple admin area so you can update things yourself later.
Questions to ask before you accept any quote
- Is hosting and domain setup included, or billed separately?
- How many revision rounds are included?
- Will the site be mobile-responsive by default, or is that an add-on?
- Who owns the source files and domain once the project is delivered?
- Is basic on-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, alt text) included, or extra?
A vague answer to any of these is usually a sign the quote will grow later. We'd rather tell you the real range up front than have you discover extra charges halfway through the project — you can see how we work in more detail in our full process breakdown.
Why "it depends" isn't a good enough answer
"It depends" is technically true of every website project — but it shouldn't be the whole answer. A business owner budgeting for a new site deserves a real range to plan around, with the specific factors that move the number up or down clearly explained, which is exactly what the table above is meant to do.
